1. Al Khaleej Bank’s Website
This website (www.bank-alkhaleej.com) is the official website of Vision Bank Limited (the “Bank“, which shall include references to “our“, “we”, or “us”). Vision Bank Limited is a Prudential Category 1 Islamic Financial Institution registered in Abu Dhabi Global Market (“ADGM“) under company number 000001012 and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of ADGM under financial services permission number 170016. The Bank offers Shari’ah compliant regulated activities (but not managing Profit-Sharing Investment Account) and has regulatory permissions for Accepting Deposits, Advising on Investments or Credit and Providing Credit. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as strictly confidential. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms. 14. Enforceability
In the event that any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions and shall be replaced by an enforceable provision as construed under ADGM law, regulation and rules that comes the closest to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision.
15. Governing Law
These Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with ADGM law, regulations and rules. You agree that the ADGM courts have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including a dispute or claim relating to any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with these Terms).
